‘a few minutes of daily meditation makes me feel so amazing’
Recently they tried a range of Meditation techniques using free downloads of differing styles and lengths, you can read more about their experiences here. Meditation can be a very successful way to de-stress and when it’s built into a regular routine it can change our reactions to events and support wellbeing generally. Many people mistakenly believe that you have to ‘clear your mind’ and that feels impossible so they give it up before they begin. Actually Meditation is about focusing the mind which can be a very empowering experience.
As with all new skills it can take time and practice to perfect, and there are many different ways to do it – why not give yourself some time to research and explore this weekend?
